I already got a little info from the guy that sent me to this site, but I thought you guys might be able to share a little more. The glass is embossed and reads "The Great American Herb Co. Washington DC" I was wondering is there a guide that has these dose glasses in it? Would they be in a Shot glass guide. or a medical guide? Thanks for any info! Chuck John 3:16

Area, in the Shot & Dose Glasses section, lists three versions of shot glasses from the Great American Herb Co., including the following: THE GREAT AMERICAN HERB CO., WASHINGTON DC (on front), TABLE SPOON/TEA SPOON measuring graduations on back, 2.3 inches high. The shot glass is listed as Uncommon, valued at $18-$22. Nice find! It would be greatly appreciated if you could upload a picture of it to the site! Thanks, - Al

Should I post the picture in this thread, or is there a different place that I should post it? By the way, I got it for 2 bucks. Thanks again, Chuck John 3:16

Just click the Submit Media link down at the bottom of the page, add some descriptive info, and you're done. One note - the gallery is set up to reject any files larger than 300kB, but unfortunately if you try to upload a larger image, the message about it being too large is somewhat unclear. If your file is larger (up to 1 MB), you can also upload it here in the forum, and I can copy it over to the Gallery. Thanks, - Al

I have taken pictures of shot glasses before, but this clear dose glass is pretty dang tough. The embossing on the back bleeds through everytime making the front unreadable. Thanks for the tip, I'll try again tomorrow. Chuck, John 3:16

This keeps the back embossing from showing. regards, --Matt Knapp http://www.antiquemedicines.com/bottles.htm
