My grandfather worked for the dairy and I have several bottles and a picture I purchased on ebay of a horse drawn milk wagon. My family has shared a story that our grandfather drove the milk wagon to the White House. Any references you can provide would be appreciated. I would love to obtain a milk crate and milk can if they exist. Not sure if you would know about these or not. This link will take you to a search result for our site for the search term Chestnut. Our club book lists numerous variants of Chestnut Farms bottles, and I suspect there are some of the milk cans, crates, and other go-withs out there somewhere. Hopefully one of our club members will chime in here with some additional information on where you might find such items. The annual Baltimore bottle show is a great source for DC-area bottles and go-withs like these, and usually takes place the first Sunday in March. Hope this helps! - Al | ||
